KDE 3.2 without Xinerama support

If it means "it doesn't work right, what is there is there, feel free to 
fix it, otherwise, don't complain", I'm fine with this.  Actually removing 
the code, as you and Bo have pointed out, is probably even more of a step 
backwards then having nonworking code, and I'm not sure that's an 
appropriate step.

Perhaps a compromise is to put in the part of kcontrol or whatnot that 
enables xinerama a disclaimer that the code is known to be buggy.
