PATCH: Return correct QVariant for KSkeletonItemBool

The attached patch fixes a problem with KSkeletonItemBool::property(). It did 
return an int variant instead of a bool one. I haven't checked the property 
functions of all other KSkeletonItem classes. Maybe there are still similar 
problems.
