Moving pop, imap and smtp koslaves from kdebase to kdepim

So would this mean that any argument of moving a library into kdelibs
because it is/might be used by more than one app is void as of now? What
about kab* and kresource for example? Following above argumentation they
could be moved out of kdelibs, too, right?
