Moving pop, imap and smtp koslaves from kdebase to kdepim

Say we move the kioslaves to kdepim. Then they can be released as part of kdepim's tarball,
but we can still recommend packagers to split them into a kdepim-kioslaves package
(for those packagers who don't split everything up already).
Why would that be a problem for the kshowmail author?
