[PATCH] kghostview shouldn't link against its part.

Hi,

Can someone please review this patch against 3_2_BRANCH ?  It creates
a library libkghostviewlib.la against which kghostview and
libkghostviewpart.la both link.  This fixes the current situation
where kghostview links against its own part, which leads to problems
relating to install locations and rpathing in the Debian packages.

The patch works fine for me on 3_2_BRANCH, and unless someone objects,
I will be committing it, and forward-porting to HEAD.
