sorry, should've been more clear: i was talking about runtime reliance, not
build deps... my bad.
it only makes sense to use if you have some addressbook using apps, which
pretty much means kdepim these days... and of course you need kde-accounts,
a CVS module, around.
i was just highly surprised to see this in a general purpose base module given
it's nature, and completely baffled as to why kdesdk of all places was chosen
for it =)
