I think it is possible, but an understandable disclaimer is needed.

I am unsure where webcvs is hosted, but for example, in Germany law
requires an explicit and verbose "Impressum" of who runs the site and is
responsible for it (http://www.kde.org/contact/impressum.php).

I did not find that on webcvs, and I think it should be added.

This will clarify that KDE e.V. is not responsible for the sites contents.

Another issue is if independant sites are allowed under the kde.org
domain, maybe we would want something like
webcvs.independant-kde-supporter.org (please find a better name).
