advert on webcvs

seems to have gained an advert

"Please support one of our Sponsors: OurWorldShopping.com"

There may be no problem with this but it could set a precendent for
other KDE sponsors to demand advertising "kde.org sponsored by
Trolltech" and the website being advertised isn't the most
professional looking.

I'm not quite sure what to make of it but I am curious to know why it
has suddenly appeared after webcvs has been running all these years.
