ATM encryption with Linux can only be done via mounting a loopback device,
so we can show this checkbox only when a loopback device is selected in
the device combobox.
Additionaly a WhatsThis message and ToolTip could make the meaning of
the checkbox a bit clearer.

Or maybe 'Ask for password when device is encrypted', that would make
clear that this doesn't encrypt the device.
