[PATCH] Split libkdeprint_management.la into a lib and a module

Hi,

This patch splits libkdeprint_management.la up into a library and a
dlopen'able module.  For various reasons it is not a good idea to have
a library both linked to and dlopen'd.  Ask away if you want details
about this.

I have not yet been able to test the patch, because I'm at home for
the weekend, and don't have a self-compiled installation here.  Can
anyone test it, please ? 

Anyway, let me know what you think about this patch, if there are no
objections, and it works properly when I get to test it ( or someone
tells me that it works fine ), I will be committing it to HEAD and
3_2_BRANCH.
