Intialize on startup in kdemultimedia

The KMix KCM is not needed longer except for one thing - it need to initialize
stuff on startup:

if kreadconfig --file kmixrc --group Misc --key startkdeRestore --default true
--type bool; then kmixctrl --restore

Very simple. So I thought I put it in another Init KCM to reduce startup time.
But guess what? kcm_kmix was the only init kcm in kdemultimedia.

Does anyone has any pretty solution for this problem? Because I don't want to
keep a big KCM just to run a command on startup.

Cheers,

		Frans
