Remove progressbar from splash

Which, eg in German, could be something like "Sitzungsdaten 
werden wieder hergestellt -- Konqueror startet" or 
"Sitzungsdaten wieder herstellen -- Wissenschaftlicher 
Taschenrechner wird gestartet". Hope you are going to provide

BTW: The problem of translated strings being cut off or ugly 
wrapped is something the accessibility group should probably 
make a priority some time. We have it all over KDE (KSplash, 
KControl, KOffice sidebar...).
