I could tackle this in my spare time in awhile.

I have a lot of Kopete IRC stuff on my plate ATM.

If no one has picked it up whenever my load starts lagging, I will take a 
look. There's other stuff I'd like to do in KHotKeys as well, like fix it's 
layouting.
