  No!  This is not just a developer tool... It's extremely useful to users, 
especially because they don't have to drop to the console to view dcop 
interfaces if they have kdcop available.  1 hour ago I just did a 
demonstration to a room full of people using kdcop to control kst.  It's not 
likely that they will install kdesdk.
