How to display file names (again)

Hi,

a year ago (13.12.2003) I asked this question on this list and consensus 
was to change KDE. But nothing happened. We still have the following 
behaviour:

I.e. if you copy a file "bla %2F foo" to a folder where it already 
exists Konqueror ask you what to do. But the labels for source and dest 
name display "bla %252F foo" and the edit for an alternative name 
displays "bla / foo".

So we've three different representations for one thing :-(
