[PATCH] KTabWidget->hideTabBar( hide )

Hello,
  This patch to kdelibs/kdeui/ktabwidget allows for the hiding/showing of the 
tabbar along with any corner widgets.  Currently, a class has to derive from 
KTabWidget in order to hide the tabbar.

  Konsole is the main reason for this patch.  I plan to redo konsole's 
hiding/showing of the tabbar, if this patch gets applied.
