CRASH konqueror in KDE 3.3.2 reproducible + testcase

Konqueror crashes when pressing any of the buttons on the "Save login 
information" dialog box.

Ways to reproduce.

- - Save both attached files test1.html and test2.html on a web server.
- - Point konqueror to test1.html.
- - Fill in anything you want for login and password.
- - Click on the Login button.
- - The dialog "Save login information" appears
- - Click any of the buttons on the dialog.
- - CRASH every time. The Backtrace is always a little different.

This problem did not exists in KDE 3.0 to 3.3.1
