Have you changed the 'kwindecoration.cpp' file locally? It looks like the file 
got CVS conflicts and, therefore, it got corrupted.

Try to look for '<<<<<', '======' and '>>>>>' lines on the file. Or, when 
executing 'cvs update' on the given directory, try to look for a line like 'C 
kwindecoration.cpp'.

If there are such lines and, if your local changes are to be discard, remove 
that file locally and update it with the current version on CVS.
