KDE_EXPORT and compilation breakage in kdepim

kdelibs 3.3.0 did contain one, with g++ 2.95. It's been fixed for 3.3.1.

Hence the other solution I posted.

I'd suggest adding a #warning "Please upgrade to kdelibs 3.3.2".
