KFileMetaInfo plugin for BitTorrent

Hi all,

I was wondering if it was alright to add my BitTorrent meta info plugin to 
kdenetwork or kdeaddons.  There isn't already a kfile-plugins directory in 
kdenetwork, but kdeaddons has one.

The plugin itself is located at http://grammarian.homelinux.net/torrent/

The code itself has been unchanged since 2004-05-22, and no one has e-mailed 
me about bugs (and there are people using it. ;-) ), so I think it's stable 
enough to be added to KDE.  Of course, I am open to bug reports or 
suggestions.
