Backport KPDF changes to 3.3?

Michael Still (who wrote Panda, a PDF generation / parsing library) has a huge 
collection - see http://www.stillhq.com/pdfdb/db.html for the list, and you 
can download individual examples.

If someone can make space available, I will ask him to dump me a CD or DVD, 
and I will try to get it uploaded (when I get back to Canberra, in 
late-September).
