TOPSUBDIRS problem

Ok if you do rm -f inst-apps subdirs in toplevel kdeextragear-2 directory 
problem is fixed. Though real problem looks like is in admin/acinclude.m4.in 
file line 4354 :

if test ! -s $srcdir/subdirs; then
....

if subdirs exist TOPSUBDIRS doesn't seem to be defined. Attached patch should 
fix this. Can someone review it please?
