Hmm, Volker told me that the fix worked for him...

> - make -f admin/Makefilecommon cvs-clean in kdelibs

Check the value of kde_libs_htmldir in Makefile (or MakeVars if using unsermake).
Check if make install does create the invalid link itself, or if it was there already.
