[patch] New method for scaling wallpaper

Hello,

Regarding the naming of image scaling algorithms, here's how it's done in 
Apple's Keynote (presentation) program:

What we call "Centered Maxpect", they call "Scale to Fit" (larger dimension 
scaled up to screen size, possibly leaving gaps in smaller dimension).

What you are calling "Optimal Fill", they call "Scale to Fill" (smaller 
dimension scaled up to screen size, possibly cutting off edges in larger 
dimension).
