Recommending /usr to distributions for KDE4

I can compile KDE from CVS fine with Debian's KDE 3.2 installed. Just need to
remember to pass --kdedir to configure (unless KDEDIRS is already set
correctly), and set the PATH, KDEDIRS and LD_LIBRARY_PATH up afterwards. I
even get, for instance, kedit from Debian appearing in menus and working
perfectly.
