PATCH for BUG 86779 (KDE_LANG=en_US konsole)

Hi everyone,

I assume from the other mails that I cannot directly commit to CVS at the 
moment. Here is a pach. I just do not know which program gets used for 
generating a diff file. I tried "cvs diff" (see below), but the outcome looks 
a bit different from the diff files. So how do I create a diff?
