Default args for KParts

This would be the most ideal solution IMHO because then we could load plugins 
beyond KParts based ones.  I am just not sure how to do this in a BC manner.  
This code is very complex and I dont know it well enough to even speculate 
how easy or hard it would be.

My main reason I wanted to pass the default args to the part was because I saw 
this as the least invasive way to do this before we could change things 
radically in KDE 4.

If there where any ideas on how to extend the generic factory to chainload 
please share them =)
