And just to make clear: those xmlguiclients (ToolbarXMLGUI* objects) are
there only for making adding/removal of user created toolbars easier
(with the help of XMLGUI), they are not real parts, but should be
loaded in the main window. 

And I remember now that in some earlier version I used the 
actionCollection()->insert and take, but those were marked as 
deprecated, so I reworked the code...
