KGlobalSettings::completionMode() can be read, is not consistent in KDE though

i wonder if this couldn't be added to the stanard Text Completion submenu that 
apears in lineedit context menus?

the wording is poor in the above, but it's 7:32am here =P hopefully the 
general idea is clear, though ... when Use Desktop-Wide Settings is selected, 
it tracks and reads to kdeglobals; when it isn't then it only uses kdeglobals 
as a default when there is no local setting and reads/writes to/from it's own 
rc file for this value.
