fix for #66804

Hi all

I am attaching a patch for bug number 66804: "Kicker hide buttons are 
displayed in the wrong position in RTL locales."

Is it OK to commit to the BRANCH? 
I will fix for it for the HEAD as soon as we know the direction: qt3.3 or qt4.
If anyone wants to port it to the HEAD now, please do tell me.
