[PATCH] New method for KDialogbase

Hi,

inspired by all the work Stephan Binner is performing atm regarding KGuiItems 
i have a patch that adds better support for using KGuitItems in KDialogBase 
for the additional buttons besides the standard ones. I think this is quite 
logical to add a method like this, this way you can create a KGuiItem in one 
go and add that as the extra button.

What's your opinion on this ? Can i commit ?
