If you are running 3.1, yes

It isn't actually a bugn in ksm, but in konq (kdeinit).  You will notice that 
before you exit that there are in fact 648 konqs running :)  I have been 
encountering this bug for about a year now.  On a small memory machine it 
simply makes me remember to log out every other day.

I am fairly sure that it is a kdeinit bug.  When I log out with ~100 konq in 
the background and then log in close all of them and log out/in it is all 
clear.
