prefs reset at random

Hi,
	It seems since a few weeks ago (i have not figured out if its kconfig changes 
by waldo, or kwin changes) but now randomly my apps reset any combination of 
fonts, colors, and kde style every time i install an app, an app crashes, or 
the wind changes.  Now what is odd, is my laptop seems only to do this for 
kded windows, and drkonqi, while my desktop does this for all apps.

	I did the standard rm -rf ~/.kde and that seems not to help, so maby there is 
really a bug.  I have heard rumors of others having this problem, and was 
wondering if i was alone.
