svg mimetype

Hi all,

while playing with icons and svg I noticed that a kde without kdegraphics has 
mimesupport (and preview) for *.svg but not for *.svgz. I manually changed 
the mimetype to also support svgz and, viola, it works: Previews also for 
*.svgz...

Attached is the diff, I think it should be committed but as I am not a 
core-developer or a graphics-specialist I want to ask others first...
