Moving kdegraphics/kgamma to kdebase/kcontrol/kgamma?

Yes, It's integrated as a module into module.
And it makes sense to hide the single modules from Control Center menu (but 
how, I cannot remove the kgamma.desktop file because of the "X-KDE-Init" 
entry?) and write a combined quick help text and documentation.
