I've renamed it to KCAutoConfigModule.
Matthias Kretz finaly said it's a good name on IRC.

I don't see any interest to do that.
It have to call KCModule::setChanged() so i don't see why we should disable
this signal.


Is anyone seeing an objection to commit it in kdelibs/kdeui ?
