i've talked to Waldo on IRC about this since, and while he likes the theme 
manager he said he understands why i'd like to see it moved out of KDE 3.2. 
since there are good reasons for its removal, no one else objected (in fact 
there was support voiced), and since there are outstanding show-stopper-grade 
bugs in this module, can someone with CVS-server privs pls move it to 
kdenonbeta? thanks...
