Actually it is incorrect. Most encryption schemes are even *based* on the
fact that the data can be decrypted again. Encryption only makes it
*impractical* to decrypt a message with a brute force attack of all
possible key and passphrase combinations because the brute force is unlikely
to succeed within a useful time-span.
