Strange problem with KControl

I have similar problems, only mine is also suffering form eccoding trouble (?)

Additionally, some modules will not build since Monday, they have errors like 
this:

/opt/qt-copy/include/qvaluelist.h:431: undefined reference to 
`KCModuleLoader::loadModule(QString const&, QWidget*, char const*, 
QStringList const&)'
