[PATCH] supress "command not found" message in kde-common/admin/detect-autoconf.sh

Hi,
using the above mentioned file with cygwin results in printing "auto... not
found message" if the related command wasn't found. The appended patch fixes
this behavior.
I have tested this with cygwin and gotten no errors.
Question: Is anybody there who can check this in or would somebody give me the
permission to check this in by myself ?
