Greetings,
	I now have this bug to varrying degrees on Solaris 8, YDL 3.0 on PPC and SuSE 
8.2 so I think its a KDE issue.  For some reason when I have my kicker at the 
top of the screen, the kicker steals mouse and key events.  Aka, i have to 
click things 4 or 5 times sometimes to get them to activate, or just restart 
the selection process in the Kmenu.  Also the mini cli app misses most key 
presses, and kweather needs to have almost every button double clicked...

	Am I the only one seeing this?  Can any one give me a good way to build a 
reasonable test case to debug this?   I really am at a loss as to why the 
kicker would do this...
