question about KMainWindow::restoreWindowSize

have now got the main probs:
 - kdockmainwindow moves + resizes the mainwindow of kate by itself on
readDockConfig, not obeying the normal kmainwindow saved settings
 - kdockwidgets calls a lot of show() while restoring there config, which
leads to the too early exposal of the mainwindow for the user

will talk with falk how to solve that better, atm there are only some dumb 
hacks in kate to let the flicker not occur that much via hard resize before 
doing the dockwidget stuff (which will not help with the moving of the 
allready shown mainwindow)

all in all: no kmainwindow problem, just some dockwidget specific stuff
