Icon box sizes for the property dialog

Hi I sent bug report #57795 - and a patch to solve it - for this problem last 
april.
The fix is simply leaving some slack space in the Icon box.
Can I apply it and close the bug?

There is a similar issue with the kdm configuration dialog (the space for the 
user picture is too small for the icons currently used), I'd like to fix that 
too.
