the old KDialogBase/Noatun bug

Some of you may remember the bug in Noatun (and Kopete) in which removing a
plugin would cause a crash. This is the same bug that would cause
KDialogBase to crash (under some conditions) if you were to remove a page.

For the last week, I've been running the attached patch, and have not
experienced any crashes. However, I don't see why this patch fixes it.

The reason I need this bug fixed properly is that currently, if you were to
remove a plugin, its name still appears in noatun's config dialog. Clicking
on the list item would show an empty page. Re-adding the plugin would not
re-add the page.

However, my internet connectivity lately has been lacking, to say the least,
which means I need to ask the members of this list to apply the patch,
depending on the outcome of discussion, which I can't even really participate
in.
