Tab selection behavior / QStyle::SH_TabBar_SelectMouseType (BR45186)

It seems that tabs tend to activate on mouse-press instead of mouse-release. 
Is there any good reason for that? It seems inconsistent with the rest of 
things, which all activate on mouse-release.

The behavior is controlled by QStyle::SH_TabBar_SelectMouseType so maybe we 
can set that accordingly in the KDE styles?
