PATCH: KIO::DefaultProgress

Hi,

While I am at it I might as well re-post this patch to change the default 
progress dialogs to use a read-only line edit instead of a squeezed label.
I posted this a long while ago and some people liked it while others did not 
and since there was no consensus I did not commit it. IMHO, it looks a better 
this way but then again that is a matter of taste. Anyways, here it is...
