Yes I know... I need it for a bugfix in KAddressBook and thought before
everybody implements it themself we could do it at a central place.
In my case I've to sort a list of country names locale aware. I guess
there are enough places where sorting is done with a simple
QStringList.sort() ATM and no bug report was filed yet.
