Plugins and java not working on current HEAD

Hi

Besides the correct load of Java / nspluginviewer, connection are aborted 
before retrieve the applet / flash from site.
This start to happens on last week and could be reproduced on more than one 
install, using both tarball compile and rpm generated, so is not a build 
specific problem
