[Patch] Fix #67663, Kopete Jabber Plugin

Hi all,

there is a bug in the Kopete Jabber plugin which incorrectly treats typing 
notifications as empty messages. With typing notifications being supported 
more and more, this is very annoying.

Unfortunately the real bug lies in the support library which the plugin uses, 
the bug can't be fixed "for real" without breaking the feature freeze. As 
such, I have added a simple check for messages Kopete can't deal with and 
throw them away.

The fix is temporary and will be removed after 3.2 but greatly reduces the 
frustration level.
