[PATCH] kicker applet transparency fixes

Hi,

the attached patch fixes the transparency problems with applets in kicker 
(#64707) by setting the setting the correct background (either directly or 
via the appletproxy). 
(The attached differs from #64707/kicker7.diff simply by making the single 
shot timers shorter)
Binner already gave me his OK, so if nobody objects, I'd like to commit this.
